After a recapitalization of, and growth equity investment in SCS by Black Bay Energy Capital, we are positioned for growth. A strong financial performance through the recent industry-wide downturn is evident in our customers' confidence in our ability to serve their needs of the oil field. We're proud of our recent increase of in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, including field services, meter proving, electrical construction, additional product lines and a retail parts division.
